QualOSS Final Activity Report

Section 1.1 presents the overall project objectives of QualOSS. Section 1.2 reviews the partners involved. Section 1.3 summarizes the work performed to reach the objectives and more importantly, presents an overview of the end results. Section 1.4 compares QualOSS results to similar work.

D2.1 QUALOSS Platform Requirements Specifications (version 2)

This deliverable present a updated version of the QualOSS platform requirements

D2.2 - Summary description of the QualOSS platform

This deliverable consists of the implementation of the QualOSS platform. A short overview of the QualOSS platform is presented in the textual part of this deliverable and show sample runs of the QualOSS platform on the CETIC infrastructure.

D2.3 - Testing the QualOSS platform

This deliverable presents the testing performed on the QualOSS platform

D2.4 - Reference Guide to the QualOSS platform

This deliverable presents the documentation necessary to install the QualOSS platform, how to configure an assessment, then how to conduct it, and finally, how to view assessment results.

D3.2 - Measurement Tools Deployment and Data Collection

This deliverable reviews the entire verification strategies used to improve the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method. It is complementary to D4.4. See database at http://alcachofo.libresoft.es/qualoss/qualossWP3.2.zip

D3.3 - Interview with F/OSS community members to get their responses and impression regarding QualOSS assessment results for their F/OSS endeavor.

This document describes the validation of the QualOSS Standard Assessment from the FlOSS community point of view. For this purpose, in­depth interviews with representatives of two advanced FlOSS communities, CVSAnaly and Evince, have been carried out.

D4.2 - Metrics and Indicators of the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method

This deliverable continue with the elaboration of the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method initiated in D4.1. In particular, it defines risk indicators used in order to answer questions useful to assess the robustness and evolvability of the F/OSS endeavor. D4.2 also present a summary about indicators, measures such as their number and if they are automated or manual.

D4.3 - A data-driven approach to define risk indicators

For some metrics, it has proved difficult to design indicators manually. In this deliverable, we propose a methodology to build indicators when there is no relevant knowledge, but some data is available.

D4.4 - Validating the standard QualOSS assessment method

This deliverable presents the procedures followed to improve the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method (Std QAM) as well as the recommendations used to improve that assessment method. Intially, the Std QAM v1.0_RC was elaborated. After a few assessments, feedback was captured and recommendation were formed. These recommendations were then implemented in v1.0. Then again after a series of benchmarking and additional testing, another set of recommendations were elaborated. Many were implemented in v1.1.

D4.5 - The Standard QualOSS Assessment Method (final version)

This deliverable is the final version of the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method, in particular v1.1. It packages all information needed for assessors to perform an assessment.

D5.1 Case study design and Pilot projects

Case study design and Pilot projects: an important aspects in QualOSS is the validation of the QualOSS methodology and of the QualOSS assesement methods developed in the project, with a particular emphasis, in the initial case studies, on the validation of the standard QualOSS assessment method.

D5.2 - Measurements Report of Case F/OSS projects

This deliverable presents the data collected to perform case studies. The first part of the data collected consists in the QualOSS assessment results obtained using the Standard QualOSS Assessment Method and the second part of the data consists of the information from interviewing enterprises staff members involved in the case studies.

D5.3 - Results of Case Studies

This deliverable studies the hypotheses raised in D5.1 based on the data presented in D5.2.

D6.1 - QualOSS Bibliography and Event Organization

This deliverable present the bibliography of papers published by QualOSS partners. It also includes paper abstract. The events co-organized by QualOSS partners are also reviewed.

D6.2 - Website Report

This deliverable presents the project website and also justifies the technological decision for implementing the website.

D6.4 - Extra Material

This deliverable is a concatenation of slides used as training material. Most slides were used by QualOSS partners to teach University lectures.

D6.5b - Collaboration Plan and Report

This deliverable reviews the effort that took place in order to collaborate with other research project, in particular, E.C. projects.
