This report (Collaboration Plan and Report) explores the opportunities for collaboration and joint dissemination of the projects funded by the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission in the area of libre (free, open source) software development and quality. Beside QUALOSS, other projects are FLOSSMETRICS, SQO-OSS, and QUALIPSO. Those projects, working in the same aridentifying synergies and avoiding duplication of efforts.
